In His Own Words

Every engine has a story.

I have been fascinated by machines for as long as I can remember. I am told that as a small boy I took my toys apart to see how they worked, then built something new from the parts. Nearly seven decades later, I have been introduced to thousands of engines, great and small. I have learned what it takes to create them, to break them, and to restore them.

The first twenty years of my career were telecommunications: site planning, procurement, deployment, installation, and support. Those years taught me how a system works and what it needs to deliver everything its design promises. The next twenty were spent as a forensic investigator of equipment breakdowns, learning how machines fail and what it costs to restore or replace them. Every machine I examined told its story: where it lived, the climate it endured, the job it carried, and the life it was given.

Thousands of those stories brought me to the doorstep of CryoFlux. I performed the autopsies on machines that thermal stress killed. I knew what they needed, and I saw a way to create it.

The engines I design now are intentional: deliver cold energy for a balanced thermal world, where the engines of productivity serve the ones who created them.
